Yoga and Meditation with Camelia Robyn

REMEMBERING

THE MEDICINE OF OUR TRUE NATURE

“Be, don’t seek.
You’ve already found.
You already have.
You already know.
You already are.”

-Elizabeth Page Roberts

These classes are an invitation for you to connect with your own authentic medicine and embody the true essence of your nature.

Through yoga, meditation, sound, breath, creative offerings, & sacred circle, we will witness the unfolding mystery of our living, breathing, feeling, beings and explore the longings of our heart.

As the soil softens beneath us we begin to feel the subtleties of emergence and new growth unfolding within. May we embrace the beauty of life becoming and in~joy being Nature.

We are our own Medicine

Hatha Yoga is a practice of balancing the Sun “Ha” and Moon “Tha” energies in the body. Playfully learning the dance of our own strength and fluidity.

Yin Yoga Using Stillness and Time as a backdrop is a powerful practice that allows you to settle into a collection of shapes and wakes the fascial tissues in the body.

Humbled by the evolution of consciousness happening on our beautiful planet at this potent and transformational time, I feel honoured to be a part of the changes that are unfolding before us.

My intention is always to create a safe and sacred circle for beings to feel comfortable enough to dip deeply into their own well of wisdom, so that we may all share and witness one another’s growth and evolution on this journey we call life.

I am certified in Hatha, Yin and Prenatal Yoga and I am interested in an embodied and sustainable way of life that will support not only ourselves but all living things on our Planet.
